When you request a report, we collect your email address and the information you enter for that report (for example your strengths, weaknesses and subjects, a career search, or the details for your CV, including your name if you are using the CV Builder). We do not ask you to create an account or a password. If you request a paid report, our payment provider (Stripe) also processes your payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

We use this information to prepare your personalised report, show it to you on screen, email it to you, and to improve the service.

3. How we protect it

Your information is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Your report page is reached through a long, unguessable link that is only sent to you, so please keep your report email private. Access to submitted information is limited to our team.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary information with service providers who help us run the site — for example, Stripe for payments and our email provider for sending notifications — solely to provide the service to you.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your submission and report for as long as needed to provide the service, handle any questions or refunds, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing nathanbooysen69@gmail.com. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

7. Cookies

Customers do not log in, so we do not use cookies to track you. Your browser may briefly remember your email address for the current visit so you do not have to type it twice. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
