When you create an account or request a report, we collect your full name, email address, a password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text), and the strengths, weaknesses, and subjects you tell us about. If you request a paid report, our payment provider (Stripe) also processes your payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

We use this information to create your account, prepare your personalised career pathway report, communicate with you about your request (for example, status updates or your finished report), and to improve the service.

3. How we protect it

Your information is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before storage. Account sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. Access to submitted reports is limited to our team members who prepare and send them.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary information with service providers who help us run the site — for example, Stripe for payments and our email provider for sending notifications — solely to provide the service to you.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and submission information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing nathanbooysen69@gmail.com. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you securely logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
