1. Who we are

Dynamic Career Pathways ("we", "us", "our") provides personalised career pathway reports to individuals in New Zealand, based on the information they submit to us. You can contact us at nathanbooysen69@gmail.com.

2. The service

Creating an account is free. To request a Career Pathway Report, you provide us with information about your strengths, weaknesses, and school subjects, and pay the listed fee (currently NZ$1 for the Standard report) through our payment provider, Stripe. We then prepare and deliver a personalised report to your account dashboard and email address.

3. Information you provide

You're responsible for making sure the information you give us — your name, email address, strengths, weaknesses, and subjects — is accurate. Career recommendations are based on this information and are intended as guidance only, not as a guarantee of any particular study or career outcome.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our own servers. Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to submit false, harmful, or abusive content, or to attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the site.

7. Limitation of liability

Career and study information is provided for general guidance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on your report, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
